Senator Sano put 0.3 tsp of chocolate syrup in his milk. He tasted it and decided he needed more, so he mixed in 1.64 tsp more. How much chocolate syrup is in his milk? I think it's 4.92.

Since he has 0.3tsp, we add 1.64 to it to get
