19 what I did is a Divided 65 by 5 and then I multiplied the answer to that question with 5 and so on 

So the answer is

USE PEMDAS!

( parenthesis exponent multiply divide addition subtraction )

65 divided by 5 = 13
13 multiplied by 2 = 26
26 minus 7 = 19

Answer is 19
