my four factors add up to 48, and i am between the numbers 30 and 40. what number am i?

Your factor adds up to 48. That means you can’t be a prime number, so starting from 39 and adding all of the factors: 39 + 13 + 3 + 1 = 56, 35 + 7 + 5 + 1 = 48. You are 35.
